Adult drop in gymnastics

Have you previously been a gymnast or looking to try gymnastics for the first time. This session will give you the opportunity to use Liberty Gymnastics training facility to either dust off those old skills or learn some impressive new ones! This session is participant led with a coach on hand for advice and support.
