New Apparatus-Focused Sessions This Summer!☀️

Does your gymnast have a favourite apparatus they wish they could spend more time on? This summer, we're making that wish come true!

We're introducing special sessions dedicated entirely to one apparatus at a time. Gymnasts will get the opportunity to explore a variety of skills while benefiting from focused, progressive side stations that help build technique and confidence.

In our regular recreational sessions, gymnasts typically spend 15 minutes per apparatus. This summer, they'll get 35 minutes of targeted training on their favourite one!
