Club Training Sessions
Club Training is open to all competitive gymnasts (except Berry Group) and takes place six times a year.
These special sessions bring together every gymnast and coach in our competitive programme, creating an opportunity to:
Train side by side as one team
Build consistency in the Liberty Gymnastics style and brand
Strengthen skills through shared coaching and collaboration
Best of all, these sessions are completely free of charge – an investment from Liberty Gymnastics to support our gymnasts and raise the standard of training across the club.
